Do not fall into this poor service provider trap! (REF: LN881246 SN236117) I ordered panel blinds three months back and it was supposed to be installed early Dec 20; it didn’t happen and I was texted saying Curtain Wonderland will compensate for the delay. That didn’t happen either. Finally the blinds have been installed. Major issues: in-house measurements taken by visiting consultant is obviously wrong as there is a 6inch gap uncovered on the small window. On the large window, blinds opening in centre does not have a wand to move the panels. When I pointed this out I was given a pair of gloves by the two persons who came to install this, and told me not to touch the blinds with barehands. I have emailed Curtain Wonderland and texted twice without any response. Very very poor service!

I went into this shop with minimal idea of what I wanted and what was suitable for the window that I was furnishing. I went in two days in a row consulting with Wendy who was absolutely awesome. She was so helpful in educating me on various solutions that were suitable and didn't make me feel like she had better things to do - which can so often happen these days as retail outlets are pushing their staff to do more and more. Can't thank Wendy enough!
