Hindu Temple. The trip was memorable, away from the city sound, traffic, between the woods, peaceful, and it was about to rain which was good. South Indian Style, Sculptures, Indian Food; Spicy and reasonable price. It was something like I visit somewhere I go visit every other day after so long away from home country. Food was so amazing, tastes like “made from mother’s hand”. Trip:- 1 January 2020.

I think from a spiritual point of view what you want in a place of worship is that you should be left in solitude to pray and reflect. You will get that here. Do keep in mind that photography is not allowed inside the temple. Make sure to visit the great food canteen outside that serves vegetarian south Indian food. They may not be super efficient with organising it but bear in mind that it is run by volunteers. Personally, I am thankful to get good Indian food in this corner of the world. Also while here, don't forget to visit the bald hill lookout, which is like a 10 min drive.

Beautiful and largest temple in Australia. The first temple to build. Nice canteen with long variety of food. The mixture is our all time favourite.

Temple is beautiful ️...prayer finished around mid day hence decided to have some vegetarian food at their restaurant but there was very long took us two hours to get our food so plan for long day when you go out :) ! The place is very beautifully situated on the way to Wollongong from western Sydney. One can find peace being there. We can get to experience the different architectures along the works with marble.
