Their customer service is second to none, nothing is too much trouble from the smallest advice on a setting to a complete installation of your heating system. There is no hard sell just plain common-sense advice. They installed our roof recovery system, a brilliant system, and as former mainlanders we had never heard of such a system, totally brilliant. We have now contracted HEG to install our new heat pump in a couple of weeks, the price point as return customers was amazing. Both Rodney and Melissa are fantastic to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting an energy efficient home.

Hi. My heat pump was failing badly last winter and I knew I needed a new one. I also wanted a heat transfer system so we could stop having heaters in the other rooms. Peter came promptly to look at my needs, gave great advice and referred me to NILS for financial assistance. The whole process was easy, friendly and efficient. The installers were great and even cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. The difference is amazing and I have retired all other heaters! I thoroughly recommend HEG

These guys deserve my highest recommendation!! Had insulation and an additional heat pump done by them. The whole experience was faultless from start to finish. Just a really great team of people running the show. PS. Contemplating roof insulation? Take my word and JUST DO IT! For us, it made by far the biggest positive difference and pays for itself 2-3 years. We were amazed that there were no more cold spots in the house; just pure comfort!

I can highly recommend the HEG team, from the initial quote process with Adam, to the installation with the team, including our most recent install with Clinton; our 'challenging' home is now warm and cosy, ready to face winter. My kids have actually said their rooms are a bit warm through the night, they've become so used to the chill. Very happy with the service. We had insulation installed in the ceiling and under the floor as well as a heat transfer system installed a year or so ago. Couldn’t speak more highly of Brenton the installer (once we moved the snake on so he could start the job). He was terrific.
