My car key casing broke and a friend recommended Heel and Sole to replace the casing rather than the whole key though my car manufacturer. He was able to replace both casings on my main and spare phone (I managed to break them both!) in a nifty 40mins and a great price for 2. And fab advice for if anything happened in the future. I went in to have a new watch battery installed and was not disappointed. Clean cut, polite, professional service at affordable prices with the owner going above and beyond to assist me with my job. I would definitely recommend and would have given more than 5 stars if I was able to.
They did a great job replacing my car remote key. And even parked the car on the street for me after so I wouldn't get charged for going over the 3 free hours parking restrictions. Very happy and done while I was working.
Had an issue with a car key battery replacement that didn't work but they fixed it straight away with no extra charge. Always good to see an honest business.
I was having the worst afternoon and the lovely man who served me just brightened my day! He served me instantly, provided me with a cheap price and was very quick. I had the loveliest conversation and walked away feeling so elated.
Boot soles were only replaced three weeks ago but the glue is already beginning to come off. Pretty dodgy workmanship. Paint job on the heel sloppily done. They don't take pride in the work they do but are willing to charge 80 for it.
Did a great job of repairing the heel and soles of my dress shoes with a quick turnaround, highly recommend
