I have been dealing with Adam and the Australian importing Club since May 2019, they have from the very start been professional, transparent, informative and accommodating. I had no idea what was involved when it came to having my own product made, Adam made the entire process easy. We started with a brief scope of what I needed and then I left it to Adam to find proto types. We then received a sample and gave feedback until we came to the final product. We asked for the AIC to do the quality control in China and work with the shipper. Adam also understood that huge qty’s were not in our budget, so he worked with the factories to help minimise the qty’s. Even during the COVID situation we were still able to get our product. For someone like me who was so new to important, Adam and the AIC were by our side the entire way through and made us so comfortable with everything. Thanks to their efforts we are now looking at expanding into our own range. I could not recommend Adam and the team enough.

I attended a weekend seminar / training for Importing from China. It amounted to an intense masterclass on e-Commerce, bringing all the elements of Web, eBay, Amazon, together to explain how you sell online. The other side of the story was how to source, select and negotiate with product suppliers in China. It was very informative. Even for peopple with experience. If you want to Import from China, and are not expert in this area, the Importing Club of Australia is probably the default go-to.

ACI or the Australian Importing Club helped me get started. One of the best things was the trip to China. Amazing. I found suppliers that I needed with a little bit or a lot of hand holding and talk how to speak professionally and with confidence. On Saturday my stock arrived in Port Melbourne. The two-day workshop reveals the mechanics of sourcing, importing, marketing and selling goods from a specific country. In the workshop, the conveners introduce the services that the Australian Importing Club offers. There is no hard sell. I cannot yet offer a review of any of those services, but the workshop itself is informative and educational. The Importing Club of Australia staff are friendly and respectful and seem to select venues that help to provide a great vibe for the workshops
