Nice people but went in twice, rang 6 times and always the person I needed was out, at lunch, would ring me back or they would get them to ring me back but never did after four weeks and me chasing and chasing. Obviously just too busy. Good luck to them

My Marlin trailer is riddled with deep penetrated rust. I have taken all precautionary action to avoid this happening, washing and drying after each outing, coating the whole trailer with Lanotec every 3 months also used linseed oil, epoxy where a hole have formed and painting with Feronite. The rust is in several places and continues to spread. Are Marlin trailers hot dipped when galvanised? Why do they rust so easily? Do you take short cuts?

Website and phone message hours say open to 1pm sat. Got there at 12:30 and it was locked up. A local advised they rarely stay open til advertised closing. Waste of time.

When purchasing the trailer - the staff were great. The gentleman took me out the back and showed me how they were made and what would best suit my needs. So I ordered the trailer and no issues. Now less than 2 years after the purchase, there is significant surface rust on the trailer. To me it appears that it was not even under coated with a primer - just the blue paint. I rang the office and it appears that the same rude lady is answering the phone. (see other reviews). She said the galvanised trailers are our best sellers. I said to her that the trailer I had was the one recommended to me. When I asked about how to treat or paint the trailer, she sounded annoyed in her response. "Just use any paint." Not helpful at all. There was no follow up or other suggestions. She seemed to be quite happy to hang up.
