His knowledge and advice is second to none in Perth. He always has helpful advice and given me new ideas to achieve the look I am looking for, at the price point that works for me. A Heather Levi man was rude and snappy. When I told him that I was looking for a long rug for a hallway, he said "A LONG LADDER?" in a unkind tone of a voice. Who would go into an interior shop, looking for a ladder. I am afraid to say he deliberately said so because I am an Asian. When I asked him sample materials, he did stand up to show me, but instead he pointed to one of the shelves piled up with samples. He did not bother to take any of them to show me. According to him, it is a custom-made and their designer charges a fee, while they make anything exactly what I want. Wow. Who would want to buy anything from someone like this man? Not me. I would have no stars for this shop, if possible. Having read some other comments, a hit-back will probably land on my comment
ON BEHALF OF LINDA SMITH: Worst curtain experience of my life. Insisted I pay in full upfront for some 'imaginary discount' took over 10 weeks to receive 3 small curtains. Had to threaten legal action to get the product.
I’ve been extremely well looked after at this design studio for my design & decorative requirements for my new residence. There was a large selection of desirable fabrics for curtains & upholistery. Worth a visit.
It was a random drop-in to the store as we were just waiting for our coffees from next door and found this hidden gem! We had been to Blacklist for coffee so many times but never had a peak into Heather Levi and we’re blown away by what was on the floor. Great price and great customer experience from Levi he had his whole attention on us with what we “needed”. Came out purchasing two items from an accidental visit! We’ve told all our friends too!
