Not worth one star. Terrible arrogant representative. Doesnt keep his word and dismissive of my disabled patient. They should NOT be in the disability business. Would not recommend to anyone, use another supplier

We bougth a power wheelchair and few other things. So far we received excellent service hope they keep it the same in future and don't get other people experince who voted them negative here. Thanks Ryan Unfortunately had to change my 5 star to 2 or even 1 not happy with 2nd order . Different person Mitchell and now after that long waiting not we asked

Great service before buying a wheelchair... which went downhill quickly after buying! We asked the guy who delivered to help with a couple of adjustments, he suggested waiting a couple of weeks until we'd tried it and he would come and set it up as we wanted it. Two weeks later we contacted them about set up..... and they said we'd have to pay for it! Not what I expect from a 1000 wheelchair!
Not even worth one star- Deserve zero (0 stars). First, they delivered faulty wheelchair (NOT as per OT) and NOT refund the money for faulty wheelchair. Second, NOT refund the money to the client for non-delivered wheelchair.
Very helpful as usual.
