I purchased my Suzuki Swift Sport from Heartland Motors. It was my first new car purchase. I had the car for 2.5 years when I noticed a spot on the paint that required attention. I purchased paint protection with the car, so I asked about the warranty to get the spot repaired. During the process I found out that I was meant to have a warranty certificate for the paint protection, and the paint is meant to be inspected regularly to maintain warranty. This information was apparently communicated to me when Heartland posted the paint protection warranty certificate and information to me after purchase. I never received the warranty certificate or information in the post. Heartland's response was "well it was posted, so check your paperwork". Disappointing after sales service.

I recently bought the new Suzuki Swift from Heartland Suzuki Castle Hill for my wife. She absolutely loves this car and I am pleased that I purchased it from this particular dealership. If you intend on buying a Suzuki then I highly recommend this dealership and, if possible, dealing with Jake. The service I received from Jake was far better than when I purchased my 80K car from Audi.

Ask a salesman a question comparing two Suzuki’s, get a patronising answer. Cash in pocket ready to buy a new car but put off by a salesman who’s clearly already made the judgement call. Wont bother setting foot in this dealer ever again.

Atrocious after sale service from Suzuki Castle Hill. Once you've put down your money, don't expect them to do anything for you... Do you want a brochure list? I'm still waiting 7 months for mine to be emailed to me. Do you want a call back to discuss your order? I have 5 pending. Do you want to be provided updates on your pending order? Forget it. Really not happy and I will be cancelling the order and going elsewhere once they fail to meet the delivery date on my order.
