Healthy living is a great store with a high quality health products. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and always help me find the product suited to my needs at the time. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the Kawana shopping world.

Love shopping at Healthy Living Kawana, and have been shopping here for years - the shop is alway fresh & clean and the owners and staff are all extremely helpful & knowledgeable. If they don't have a product, they're happy to look into getting it for you. They don't always try and sell you the most expensive and they will advise what each product does & how it helps/aids you. They have a loyalty system which is fantastic and always seem to have the 'newest' superfoods on the market. Thanks Healthy Living Kawana

I’ve never been one to make a bad review but was so offended by a lady who served us at this shop. After accidentally walking in with food, which I did not know they didn’t like as no other shop has had an issue with this, she was incredibly rude to me even after I politely walked out. Don’t understand how someone can be rude to a customer, especially as I had not been rude myself. Not going to come back if I get treated like this quite disappointing

If I could choose zero stars or minus 5 stars I would! The worlds worst service, very very rude lady. New nothing about the health industry and got her back up and became very rude once she realised that I knew what I was talking about and she didn’t have the answer. People like this particular lady are the reason why the health and fitness industry have some many issues because 9/10 people that walk into healthy living kawana will get misleading information and terrible customer service. If I was the shop owner I would be mortified if my staff spoke to anyone in the manner I was spoken to today. Disgusting, poor sales experience. I will be letting everyone I have on social media and in my network to never ever shop there. Pathetic !
