After recently deciding to change up my exercise and start doing HIIT, I started experiencing regular muscle soreness and felt my performance and ability to maintain regular routine suffer. The team at Healthstin were able to not only fix my existing pain/soreness but also understand what parts of my body needed strengthening to mitigate the pain moving forward. After regular consultation, I now feel better educated on how to manage my body using a combination of diet, exercise and targeted exercise to achieve the results I want. I can’t recommend the Healthstin team highly enough, they have changed my whole approach to health and fitness for the better!
