45 dollars for a normal hulahoop? That's pretty ridiculous. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the store is just so overpriced!

Always very helpful, I would recommend them to anyone looking at buying or hiring fitness equipment.

Jordan went above and beyond to help me get some items I was searching far and wide for. He arranged shipping and worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. Thank you so much for being a stellar gent and making the summer a great one for a few little girls.

UPDATE: After posting a review and receiving a response I returned the shoes as requested. I was refunded without any question. Updated from 1 star to 4 stars. INITIAL REVIEW: Bought a pair of Adidas Powerlift 4's less than 2 months ago (6 May 2019). After just a month and a half of use, the sole started separating on the front of the shoe. I went into store to go discuss returning the shoes and was expecting to be able to swap them out; However I was told that they would need be sent to Adidas for an assessment - Something that is very clearly a manufacturers defect. I have never experienced this from a shoe retailer where they do not swap out a product that is defected and even if the supplier needs to do an assessment, the retailer carries that risk. I train Olympic lifting at least 3 times a week. It is incredibly limiting and near impossible to train with anything else other than the correct lifting shoes and this would leave me without shoes till my shoes have been sent away, assessed and possibly approved for a swap. My intention was to support local and in return to be supported by a local retailer. I could have purchased these shoes online for cheaper and probably received better customer service than I did. If Health and Leisure choose to change their approach to customer service, I will gladly update my review. But as it stands, in my opinion, this is unacceptable customer service and I suggest purchasing goods somewhere else, or online for cheaper.

Everytime I have ever been into the store I have never even been acknowledged and have consequently walked out. I counted at least 5 staff in there today and none even looked at me. Will certainly be buying elsewhere.
