A ridiculous experience. Never again we will go back to this company. Not suitable for ASIQ cleaning of (classic) cars. The hourly rate was 2x the competitors rate and the invoice was 4x higher than discussed. We had to contact the Department in regards to what we experienced as inappropriate sayings and the way they stated they wanted to high pressure the inside of our car body, including high pressure (water) the dashbaord, electronic instruments and leather seats. We understood they did not care about damage or destroying our classic car. Never again.
My company has enjoyed many years of interaction with Swantrax and have been very happy with the quality of service and knowledge regarding Earthmoving equipment and spare parts that is provided by Mr Jones and staff.
