Shipped a car interstate to Perth and was called and told to pick up the car as it had passed quarantine and was ready for collection. When I arrived I was told it was not ready while they smirked and offered no form of apology. It was a 2 hour round trip completely wasted due to their unprofessionalism, I wouldn't have been as annoyed if they were genuinely sorry as mistakes do happen.

I have used Jayde transport to transport my car from Perth to Melbourne. I would say Jayde does provide very good service with a reasonable price with less estimated time of delivery than any other Provider and the best part was, you can put as much as goods as you want in your car by just paying another 100.. I would recommend everyone to use Jayde's service if they are planning to move their car interstate...

Jayde Transport staff were friendly, helpful and explained everything required. They also let me put items inside my car to transport over east which saved me a little bit of money as well. I would use them again any time.
