Hands down my favourite adult shop. Staff are friendly super helpful, their variety and range of products are awesome. The staff know their stock and able to guide you all the way. My favourite thing about this store is their online store and exceptional delivery, same day delivery no worries. Highly recommend Pleasure Chest.

I had a delivery issue (not this services fault) and made contact with Luke. They were very quick to respond and also quick to action. Unfortunately I wasn't able to gift it on time to the person I had intended it for due to delay. So a side note, don't pick 2 hour window delivery for afternoon drop if your address is out west. Traffic. I appreciate your support.
Fast shipping, communications and friendly support staffs. I really like how parcel is sent on the same day the payment is made. Despite of having 1 bad experience with the shop regarding to the issue where my parcel went missing, the support member quickly to resolve the issue. Therefore, I give the shop 5 stars rating. I might comeback and change if there is any bad experience in the future.

Visited for the first time at two different points during the day. The first time, an older blonde woman assisted us and was extremely patient, informative and helpful during our visit. I was very nervous however she was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable in the store letting her know personal preferences in what I was browsing for. Later on we returned to purchase a product a young male with an accent assisted us in checkout. I was once again a little nervous however he was very warmly talkative with us and helpful. Staff here are wonderful and make for a very pleasant experience I would definitely recommend The store itself clearly stocks an extensive range of products, all displayed neatly and clearly with test products and such as aforementioned the service is beyond fantastic. Overall, a very welcoming store with wonderful staff. Thank you!
This shop is awesome especially the online shopping. The staff know their products and endevour to help everyway possible to ensure u have a great PC experience. Same day delivery is an awesome feature of the online ordering and if theres ever any problems ive always had no problem with them fixing things up..
Amazing service by Wendy going above and beyond gift wrapping my items I ordered through click and collect. Have always received attentive and enthusiastic service from various staff at all hours of the day, they leave you alone to browse but are always happy to help you when you need it, making a sometimes awkward experience comfortable and memorable!
