Reasonable price, comprehensive song collection, slightly lower than average equipment quality. It would be a great place to visit if you just want to have fun by yourself or with close friends. However, if you are trying to show off your karaoke skill in front of others, it may not be the best place to do that. But overall, it's still a nice place to chill.

Piss poor experience from the lady that “manages” the place. Jessica Bu is the worst at customer service, explaining anything or caring for reservations, patrons or explaining how anything works. There is a menu and nothing is available. She’s exactly the reason why these places don’t survive.

It was clean and pleasant for a karaoke bar. The covid precautions seemed to be well followed and prices reasonable. However, the entire venue smelt like mould or damp, and we didn’t like that they served us wine in a jug rather than out of the bottle. But the staff were lovely and helpful, and the smell was bearable for the 1 hour we were there. I would still go again!

The worst experience with this place, would not recommend. Horrible customer service. This place is unprofessional and unreliable. Do not come here. I booked 10 days prior to my birthday through their website. I received email and text confirmations, then to receive a phone call at 9pm the night before saying they double booked and I could only come at 12am. Since it was last minute we kept the booking. On the day I received a phone call at 11pm from the manager, Jessica Bun saying I needed to be therein 5 minutes, she was SO RUDE, and said that they had an internal miscommunication and that I had to accept that the booking was at 11pm and I could only stay 1 hour. NO apology what so ever. When we got there, we noticed we were the only ones there, hence they wanted to close up early. Experienced the customers rude attitude once again when paying. I am not surprised that this place was empty, for good reason. The only positive thing was the security at the door, he was lovely and friendly.

Went to D1 in a large group, which I understand can be difficult to cater for. Found the song machine difficult to use and the staff largely unhelpful. We tried downloading the app, but it wouldn't work. Ended up having a pretty good time, but it took more effort than it should have.

there was such bad service and the employees were very rude. was only given on mic between 17 people and when asked for another one was told we weren't allowed due to covid which understandable, but later in the night saw multiple rooms with 2 and 3 mics. I brought a 650 package that included a large platter of fruit, 4 deep-fried food and 7 jugs of alcohol. The large platter was a plate you have at home and the 4 deep-fried food is smiths chips that you can get for 2 at Coles. When confronted about it the lady was no help counting to take phone calls in our face. Apparently, they’ve never served fried food there, then why have it in your package????. Not to mention the floor and so slippery everyone kept falling. And the hallways smelt like sewage. Safe your money and go elsewhere.
