Truly thank you Xero company and friendly staff people that have created this beautiful concept. I’ve been a loyal customer for some months now and I’m very satisfied with the website site and also the phone friendly program. I have suggested some suggestions over the period and they’ve been received with strength and courage. Truly will be recommending this to family and friends. Ps a strong friend of mine recently commenced employment at the firm and said it’s a great place to be and around. God bless.

We've been a Xero partner for 6 years and we make an effort to drop by the various offices to say hello when travelling. Can't speak highly enough of the product and support, and love the values driven culture that Xero have created. It comes through most in the little moments - like walking in the door on their busiest day of the year (the day before Xerocon up in Brissie) where it was all hands on deck - and having people still take a moment out to take me on a tour, show me around, and chat about life, the universe, and how they are using technology in clever ways for managing office space and neighbourhoods. Great business and people

A big -1 star for Xero, they DO NOT offer any customer service. - No phone support - No email support - No chat support - They do offer you plenty of technical issues Whoever responds in the replies says they've got "24/7 support" is lying! It usually takes many hours or days to get a response and the only response is a standard copy/paste message. It took weeks to get my bank account connected, weeks! Escalating it didn't help and they don't even read your message in Xero Central. They just copy/paste some stupid help article.

Great software, makes life a lot easier. Giving 3 stars, as automated invoices are sent out at midnight. There is a way to set timezones, but it doesn't impact the automated invoices at present. Looks pretty unprofessional that all invoices come through at that hour. Hoping this can be worked on soon!

Terrible service! Have been using it for a year and being charge 90 every single month but when we had a problem, no one here to help. I have also raised a case, email to support and waiting for 3 days still have no one to answer. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

There aren't many good alternatives, but be aware that they offer no support at all! No phone number, email address or live chat. They only allow you to open a case, but no matter how important it is, it could take days to hear anything at all. Unbelievable... //UPDATE After multiple technical issues that happen to lots of people, their customer support does not even read the text in your ticket. All they do is copy/paste some standard text. Even escalating this to a senior manager does not help! And never ever did I receive a phone call as stated by the owner!

Xero is fantastic! I've been using Xero for quite a few years now. I had a few challenges in the early days, but I switched accountants and my current accountant (Poole Group) cleaned it all up for me and ensured I enter things correctly and reconcile regularly (so there was nothing wrong with Xero, it was the way I was using it). It has made my life so easy with accounting, financial reporting and payroll. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!
