Never had a bad experience with this clinic. The office staff are friendly and helpful while the doctors are both caring and totally professional. As much as going to see the doctor is not one of the most enjoyable things in life, at least that can be mitigated by dealing with health care professionals who make it very clear that they care about the welfare of their patients.

With 3 young children we are regular visitors to Hawthorn Medical. I took them all for their flu shots today and was once again delighted by the care and attention from the team. Despite my kids being quite daunted by the idea of the needles, they were all amazed when their injections were over with barely a pinch. I couldn't recommend Hawthorn Medical and all of its staff more highly.

Very welcoming and friendly receptionist to start the visit. I saw Tessa and was very happy with the appointment - she is very personable, kind and thorough. Having recently moved, I was on the lookout for a new clinic and physician and am happy I have found one I feel comfortable with. Highly recommend the clinic and Tessa.

Hawthorn Medical is a great GP clinic. I am personally under the care of Dr Madsen who is a kind and approachable person. She really takes the time to listen to your concerns and health problems and does all she can to support you. The reception team is also extremely lovely. They are welcoming over the phone and even more so in person. I would definitely recommend Hawthorn Medical to anyone in the area or anyone wanting to change GP providers.

Been a patient at this health centre for a number of years. Always extremely professional and thorough. There are a lot of GPs at the practice so getting an appointment is pretty easy. I always feel heard/reassured that my health is in the best hands possible. One inconvenience is that pathology is only open on weekdays till 1.
