I was seen by Dr Au 3 years ago and unfortunately my experience could not have been more different. I had severe blepharitis and dry eye and was given false reassurance everything would settle. I was not listened to and just told to use more hyloforte when I said how sore my eyes were. After a few months of severe discomfort I was told there was fat necrosis which was now not reconstructable. I was completely under treated. All the glands had calcified and fissured with so much inflammation and it took years for my eyes just to feel comfortable again. Face is totally ruined though.
