I brought a beginner guitar for my partner online. I had to ring constantly for the location of it. I didn’t get a notification of delivery and didn’t get the guitar I ordered. Personally feel a bit ripped off with the guitar package I got. Don’t think I’ll be buying here again

Poor QC on guitars. Would not recommend shopping there. Returned 2 guitars not checked before selling. Staff seem untrained and with poor knowledge.
