Worse company to deal with ever, not flexible at all or understanding dose not even understand what a pandemic is . Not sure if they even comply with any airline standards . They won’t work with you they will just only offer credits where everyone has the right to request a refund .

Business class flight was one of the better ones I have flown. The food was incredibly tasty, and service was very friendly. The only thing that let down the airline was the terrible Honolulu Airport, with only one person on PreCheck. Almost missed my flight, a disgrace!
I wouldn't have even given that 1 star.. Not optional must select a star to submit this review..Hawaiian airlines cant even reply to 3 requests that I've made.. Simply provide me with details of baggage numbers on my past trip.. Lost 1 out of my 4 bags travelling from Hawaii - Sydney. I Made a claim through Cover-more Insurance and they investigated and spoke to Hawaiian Airline whom advised I had no bags and now my claim could be jeopardised due to misleading information. You wont be able to retrieve your own information if something happens from experience... I'll be writing a lot more on social media to send a frustrating message across.
