Awesome been dealing with these guys for 10 years now on and off, I can highly recommend them to anyone. Just bought a second hand machine off them about a month ago, to wash horse rugs and dog blankets etc. It is a beauty.
I thoroughly recommend this company. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, unlike one other that I had contacted. Mike arrived on time, was very cheerful and explained everything that he needed to do. Most efficient and quick. I was nicely surprised with the bill too. thank you Hasting Appliances.

Awesome company, came and looked at my fridge, not under warranty. Suggested I call the company and advise of the issue as the issue was rare. Stated that the part should not have been faulty after three years. One year out of warranty. Called company and part was covered by them. Thanks heaps saved me 200 dollars..
Great service both times that they have come to our house in the last couple of weeks to fix a small warranty issue with our fridge. Prompt phone calls from the lovely lady in the office to check we would be home when their staff called. The staff members that came over on 2 visits Craig and Michael were very helpful and friendly and the weird problem was sorted very quickly and efficiently. Great service from them and I would recommending Hastings Appliance Service
When I needed a washing machine at short notice, they came through for me with a good selection of second hand white goods at good prices. Washing machine for 250 and 6 months warranty. Very happy
Michael & Wendy, the owners, are straight talking and will give you a fair deal. I bought a used washing machine from them several years ago, after a year, one of the inlet valves failed. Even though used goods are not legally required to be guaranteed in Australia, Mick supplied a replacement valve and a clear explanation why the old one had failed.
