Harvey Norman is run by robots I ordered a computer online a month ago. Surprise surprise I’m still waiting for it the only communication you can get is with a robot that does nothing There’s been very minimal contact they said I would have it in 2 business days that was 7 days ago and still no computer or any contact I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Harvey Norman over the years but know more will be taking my business elsewhere as this is disgraceful all Gerry wants is your money doesn’t care about customer service That’s my rant Regards Karl
