Lovely practice with wonderful staff. I have been many times with foster kittens as well as my own cats, and they are always very well looked after! Their fees are very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!
Staff very professional and caring with our pets and explain things well. Clean waiting room and construction rooms. I’m sure our cat would say he was very happy too.
West street vets have provided my dog with care for 2 years now and I am so happy with the treatment my pet receives. Their prices are affordable and were part of the reason I switched my dog to their care. But now I have seen their treatment towards the animals they care for and I can't fault them for anything.
We have been taking our two dogs to west Toowoomba vets for a number of years now. They have always been professional, practical, and reasonably priced. When our larger dog got sick they were wonderful giving us multiple options or care and regular updates on his condition. Unfortunately in the end we had to put him down they were so compassionate giving us all the time we needed to say goodbye to him. We were also touched by the personal hand written sympathy card we received in the week after he passed. Highly recommend them to take care of anyone’s pets.
My poor puppy Arlo had to go visit these guys after eating something he shouldn't have. They were very quick to get me an appointment and gave Arlo the best care possible. Arlo required surgery, but the vet continually kept me informed about his condition and made sure all of my questions were answered. Arlo will be a long time customer of West Toowoomba Vets
