I joined My Way Personal Training last March and am thoroughly enjoying the experience. My one hour per week PT session is extremely beneficial and informative. The staff are very friendly, encouraging and professional in every way. I love the tranquil atmosphere of a small boutique gym. The equipment on offer is very good and the location in Harrington Park is convenient. I would definitely recommend My Way to anyone looking to improve their fitness and make friends with like-minded people.

I’ve not been a fan of gyms in the past due to the whole image and show off mentality. However, My Way Personal Training totally changed my thinking! They are a boutique gym and listen to the clients needs and work with the client to achieve their goals. The trainers are always on hand to help you and guide you if you are exercising wrong and the other members of the gym are so friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking at achieving their fitness goals and wants to feel comfortable whilst doing so!

I joined My Way Personal Training over 5 years ago because I had a substantial amount of weight to lose. Now many kilograms lighter, the strongest and fittest I have ever been, I wouldn’t train anywhere else. The team at My Way are all experienced and professional trainers who are supportive and encouraging in helping clients reach their goals. The friendly atmosphere and relationships between clients and trainers make My Way Personal Training a great place to work out. The equipment and facilities are excellent and the different classes suit different styles and interests. I highly recommend My Way Personal Training to anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness.

I have been a member of My Way Personal Training for a few months now and wear the My Zone tracker to each workout. Tom recently noticed my heart rate staying very high during my whole workout even when resting between sets. He suggested I see my GP to ensure there were no issues - after an ECG, it turns out I have an irregular heart beat. Not a major issue but thanks to Tom's watchful eye and the My Zone tracker, it has helped me get ahead of things before it became a real problem. The tracker helps me see what I am doing and burning during my workout and helps keep me accountable (on top of Tom keeping an eye on everyone!!) Thanks Tom!

I've been a member of My Way now for over 3 years. It's the first gym I've ever been to where I don't feel like just a number on the members list. The personal approach by Tom & Rena is what makes it such an enjoyable place to go. All the trainers are amazing and their mixed training styles mean you are always kept on your toes whether it's in a PT session or one of the classes on offer. Not to mention how they make every member feel welcome and never a burden no matter what fitness level we may be.

Just over 3 years ago, a tad over age 60, not very active and faced with a health issue I was thinking it may have been too late to make any sort of lifestyle change. A phone call to My Way quickly changed my thoughts and I've been a member ever since. The training studio is a very warm, friendly and fun environment. The trainers are very professional, supportive and inspirational. I love the combination of weekly PT session, personalised program and the range of group classes on offer. The ability to track my exercise effort with the My Zone monitoring device both inside and outside the studio is excellent as well as it being a great motivation tool. I highly recommend My Way Personal Training to anyone wanting to make a lifestyle change. It's never too late !!
