My whole outlook on birth has been strengthened thanks to the amazing teachings by Katie. For anyone expecting a baby whether its there first or last baby PLEASE see Katie. Its especially helpful if you have a negative perception of birth and need some help turning that around. I have recommended Katie to all my expectant mothers. The course is extremely helpful for birth partners too as they will have a great understanding on what to do when the time comes and how best to support their woman. Katie is very understanding to birth partners and really focuses to encourage them. My partner was very hesitant about the course but after our first day with Katie he was loving it and to this day continues to tell his tradie mates the good of Hypnobirthing. We hold a special place for Katie in our heart as she helped us with the necessary tools to achieve the most positive and empowering birth. We cannot thank you enough! xx
After a traumatic first birth and c-section, we knew we needed a professional. When I first found out I was pregnant I was so scared / nervous for the birth. I researched loads of courses and decided to give Hypnobirthing a go to hopefully ease my mind a little. We met Katie at our first lesson and I instantly felt more at ease with the whole process. This course totally changed my perception of birth and gave us both the tools and knowledge on how to deal with certain circumstances. I can honestly say that Hypnobirthing changed the way I felt during the labour and the birth. I felt no pain. It was hard and tiring yes, but not painful. I didn’t ask for any drugs because I didn’t need them. It was the most beautiful experience and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. I can’t recommend this course enough to all of my friends. It was a life changer for me. We also hired Katie as our Doula which was another great decision. She guided me (and hubby!) throughout the whole labour and was there by my side making sure I stayed calm and collected. She made everything easy and we would definitely hire her again.
I can't say enough positive things about Hypnobirthing with Katie. The birth of my daughter was beautiful and calm, everything we hoped it would be. Every part of the course was so interesting and we instantly clicked with Katie and felt so comfortable with her. An amazing experience my husband and I will cherish forever.
Katie took my husband and I through a hypnobirthing session and it was amazing. It really prepared us both for a calm labour. I learned how to use different breathing techniques and also how to take myself into a beautiful state. Katie tailored the session to us as a couple and it was so informative. Her attention to detail, caring nature and warm personality make all the difference.
