Transitioning to a larger bike was made easy with the help of Adam, Phillip and the service staff. I never felt pressured or pushed into making any decisions. The knowledge that the staff had guided me into the right decision and I love my new bike. I highly recommend them to all riders.

I visited Harley Heaven Sydney (Tempe) looking for riding jackets and was surprised to find the large range of protective gear they had that looked like casual clothing. They also had a large stock of gear that other stores were lacking. Staff were very helpful and understanding, guiding me in the right direction as a new rider. I will definitely be returning in the near future and would suggest Harley Heaven to other HD riders. Thanks.
An awesome store that has been custom built and the mechanic shop is an ex lolly shop. The staff are very informative and are very open to explaining everything can't speak highly enough about the mall great store will always visit when in Sydney.
Great place and they have a new Dealer Principal, Chris Pappas, who was the last Dealer Principal of the now defunct Indian owned dealership at Ashfield before they closed it and their other company owned dealerships. Well Indians loss is Harley and Triumphs blessing.
Easy to connect and very accommodative with your questions. Speak to Clinton or Zac to choose the right bike. Loved their services and teamwork and patience to narrow down to the perfect bike. The team in accessories was very patient to work with me on customising the bike. Great team and great service.
Such a great experience working with the Harley Heaven team as a first time buyer and rider. From the time I walked into the shop, I was well looked after but never overly pushed to make any purchased. Every time I walk into the showroom, I was offered something to drink. I felt like I was being asked questions to find what best suite my choices and not pushed into any decision which wasn't my own choice. Probably the most knowledgeable people I've ever met in a showroom/ dealership. They knew all the answers to my questions right there and never had to shy away to gather further information. The showroom is very well designed and so much merchandise to choose from depending on your own preferences. There was plenty of deals and sales on merchandise which made it more cost friendly on my wallet. I've always heard the hype of being apart of the Harley Davidson family but I truly have seen this place doesn't just treat you like another customer but treat you like a family member. Thanks guys for finding me the right bike!
