We have had the most wonderful experience with Harlequin Jewellers. Matthew worked with me to design and create the most stunning and unique engagement ring for my now wife, and we were so impressed with his service and craftsmanship that we had Matthew create our wedding bands too. Not only is Matthew an extremely talented jeweller, he is also great to deal with. He was happy to work to my budget, and he took the time to explain where compromises can be made, and where they shouldn’t. Matthew’s passion for his craft is infectious, and he helped me feel like I was a real part of the creation process, which makes the rings even more special. We wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I first met Matt when looking for a jeweller to create a custom engagement ring for my now wife. After my first consultation and having been to multiple other jewellers beforehand, Harlequin instantly became my choice of who I would chose. Matt spent as long as I needed during each consultation we had, explaining the differences between designs, diamonds and providing an honest opinion. He ensured that the ring we were designing was the style I was after and that I would walk away happy. Matt took the time to walk me through every stage of the creation of the engagement ring, including explaining and showing me how the ring would be created. We have since had additional rings designed and created by Matt and he has continued to provide excellent service. Matt has taken the time to make each experience feel personal and not just like a business transaction, always ensuring that we are happy with the final product. I would highly recommend Harlequin Jewellers for their excellent craftsmanship and service.

I first met Matthew with my husband four years ago. We wanted to have an eternity ring designed to compliment my existing wedding and engagement ring. Matthew did an elegant white gold band with Princess cut diamonds. Fast forward to Feb 2021 and Matthew has just finished remodeling my engagement ring to compliment my eternity and wedding band. I was honestly speechless at the stunning design of the remodel. Incredibly lucky to have this gorgeous ring specifically made for me and still have the sentimental feel of my original ring. The service, time and expertise that Matthew provides is honestly incredible. Such a talented designer that I trusted. . If you are looking for a Jeweler I couldn’t recommend Matthew enough! Matt is amazing. He is literally the master when it comes to designing personal pieces like engagement and wedding rings. He has this way of knowing what suits you in such an emotional way. I was going into the experience of getting an engagement ring completely blind (not something you do everyday) but right from the get go Matt was incredibly knowledgeable but also friendly and easy to talk to. I had a rough idea of the kind of ring I wanted for my fiancé, and Matt was able to guide me on why we would make certain tweaks to that original idea so that the end result was sturdier then the initial concept, ensuring it will last a life time, and more importantly look absolutely stunning! The level of service then, and ongoing has been second to none so it wasn't even a question when we decided to get both our wedding bands done by Matt and once again the end result is absolutely stunning! Could not recommend Matt and Harlequin enough for engagement rings, wedding bands (both male and female) or just any custom jewellery pieces. Thanks again Matt!
