Fantastic experience here recently. I’ve bought quite a few costumes online but the quality just doesn’t compare. The range in this store is is great and the staff are just wonderful at picking out what will work and building a full costume with accessories. My friend and I were just thrilled with our Lady Gaga and Prince costumes. Great range of wigs too. Thanks and we will be back next time!

These guys truly go above and beyond to cater for their customers. I rented a costume from them and was unable to drop it off on the day it was due because of work commitments. I called to inform them of this and the lovely girl who picked up happily extended my renting period an extra day for my convenience, with no extra cost! Plus, not only was my costume super clean upon pick up, it was very accurate as well for the character I was dressing up as. Thank you heaps!

With a day to go until the main event, I rang the Costume Factory in a flurry, to see if they had what I needed to transform in to Cleopatra. They told me that they had a great range to choose from, so I ran up and had a fantastic outfit sorted within 20 minutes. Great service. Great selection. Well priced. Highly recommend.
