Had my front suspension on my car replaced had a extra charge for sway bar links when a week before my father and my self replaced them they could not show the sway bar links to me ....now I get told by mechanic that the suspension on one side is not in place proply due to wrong installment ... I am a pensioner that had to save for a long time to fix my car that is needed for manly medical reasons to get to my appointments now known to be faulty ...owner did not want to listen or review my request to inspect proply now a second mechanic is inspecting my car and fair trading will be notified

Put my Fairlane in for new rear springs, was assured the job was done correctly, when I picked my car up the first thing I noticed was my dual fule switch had been removed, when I asked why, the worker who did my car lied to his boss about removing the dual switch. 1500km later I now have to replace my rear tyres as the rear end alignment on my car was badly out of spec, whilst replacing the rear tyres .and correctly aligning my car in Oberon we found that the right rear control arm was not done up, aswell as the alignment being way out of spec. I feel that the person who worked on my car is at fault here not the owner of Hanaford tyre & suspension and tbh its a real shame when dodgy workers let down a good business. Hopefully the owner reads.this review and pays very close attention to this particular worker before his poor quality workmanship and lies cause an accident.
