If you're passing then drop in for the short drive and a 20metre walk to the viewing area. There is a covered table and seats if you want that for a picnic, and seats if you want them at the viewing area. People spend 1 minute to maybe 15 to admire the view, which is beautiful but there are many of these in Australia. Still, worth it if you're around here. We heard falcons below the cliff but didn't see them. On the way in or out, have a wander around the old town of Nundle and drop into the wool factory; yes, we still make yarn in Australia.
