Thanks to Shaun ,and the crew. very professional obviously know the buisness .climber didn’t hesitate, he just about ran up the 3 trees, 50 mtrs high ,very tidy full, control of all trunks when they dropped, left garden with no damage, clean job with competitive prices Tried the rest, I think I have now seen the best. good job .
Found Shaun by chance (hipages.com.au), quick response, solid advice, professional, polite and true concern for our safety. Shaun arranged an inspection and report to support the permit request I had submitted in less than a day. There will be damage to my garden in the process I've been told, pretty much unavoidable given the position of the tree. What price safety! Regardless, I would recommend Shaun and his team based on my dealings to date. Quote was in my estimate range. Looking forward to getting the tree out. Also, my judgement confirmed when applying for the permit, RTS's reputation precedes them. Very pleased they responded to my online request. Tree removal completed after lockdown, Shaun, Brendan and Grant were great through the process. Thank you.

Amazing service. Tree blew over in the wind and was in a dangerous position. Shaun came down within a couple of hours and fixed the situation and made it safe, making us at ease. We were desperate and Shaun didn't take advantage of the situation and was very affordable and reasonable. Shaun saved the day and we would recommend him
