Lovely staff however my treatment was cut 20 minutes short yet I was still charged the same amount. I had arrived 15 minutes late due to very bad traffic from the school around the corner from the spa. I advised the receptionist I was happy to just have 1 treatment instead of 2 due to the time. She advised no need there was plenty of time. What was meant to be an hour pregnancy massage & a 30 minute facial went for 1 hour 10 minutes yet still cost me 200. Poor service. Wont be returning to this location.
Lovely staff but poor time management. I didn’t receive the allocated time for my facial but charged for it. It’s a shame because the ambiance and services are lovely!
I used a 75 gift voucher to buy a 110 remedial massage ( this was some months ago, only posting review now). The staff were really lovely however the massage was probably the worst i've received. it was not a remedial massage at all. It felt like a relaxation massage. The girl seemed much younger than me and perhaps new. I left pretty frustrated as it wasn't the service I asked for, but also grateful i didn't pay for all of it. The stars are for the friendly service but i don't think this Spa should advertise a remedial massage and charge extra when it isn't one.
Massage very average but products great and facial
Bit uncomfortable when they're worried about the time, understand that they are either finished or have other people to deal with, but don't give an estimate time for a particular service and expect the customer to be in perfect condition.
I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to share with you how wonderful Leah is. I've had 2 facials with her over the past few weeks and they have been nothing short of amazing. She is 100% focused on you and provides a relaxing, warm environment that enables you to thoroughly enjoy the experience. Highly recommended. I can't wait to book my next one ;)
I had the organic relaxation massage with stones and it was amazing. It was just what I needed to re-centre and relax my mind and body. I highly recommend the therapist I had Monica.
