Highly recommend Idan! I used Pronto Removals back in May this year. He contacted me immediately once I submitted my inquiry. Kept communication clear, concise and was super friendly, helpful and very professional! Idan and his team mate were 'life savers' for me with moving house for the first time. They were very careful with my belongings and went to great lengths and effort with my extremely steep driveway in the mountains. Thank you so much again for your wonderful help! JM

I first met Idan when he helped another family member move house, and I was extremely impressed with the level or care and professionalism he took. Not long after, my partner and I moved house and we booked Idan for ourselves. I was just as impressed with his work this time around. Both Idan and Cyril took great care to protect our furniture and walls, felt very comfortable that nothing was going to be damaged. DO NOT USE THIS GUY Idan UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - THE RISK IS TOO GREAT. He took a booking to move furniture and did not turn up. After several attempts to contact we finally got a lame SMS excuse at end of day sorry but can come tomorrow. Having no alternative but to say ok he was a no show again the following day with no communication. He cost us significant inconvenience and disruption. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with Steer Clear of Idan and Pronto Removals for your own good.

Idan and Henrik provided wonderful service. We had a major challenge to get a very large bookcase up our staircase. We thought it was impossible, but Idan pictured how to do it and then made it happen! Great communication and great operator.

This guy is an absolute joke. DO NOT USE!!! He doesn't turn up on time and admits that he had a 'big' night from the night before. So unreliable, save yourself the headaches and use someone else.
