Deplorable customer service, I would avoid at all costs, Lee Treacher the manager is a typical used car salesman, although selling new cars manages to self promote the facts to an un believable level. My wife was without a car whilst an order was processed, an promised for delivery in two weeks, now 6 weeks later still empty promises. I would avoid at all costs, go to one of the other reputable dealers that put the truth and client first

My experience at Newspot north east road was that of bad customer service. When I arrived to leave my new car MG3 for its first service, I pointed out my concerns about my car, and I was told that there couldn't be any of those problems with my car as it was a new car , the service guy looked at me like i didn't know what I was talking about. I was shown where the loan car was, i had no help in getting it out of a narrow lane way ,parked between two cars I had to reverse it all the way out of this lane , this was not comfortable for me. Furthermore, I was asked if I knew how to start a keyless car, which I replied yes I do. I don't know the name of the man in the service dept was , he may have been in charge of the service dept, he was very condescending . I will never bring my car there for a service again , I am very dissapointed with the service, as this is where my new car MG3 came from, that i purchased not long ago.
