Received toll notice, when I didn't drive through the M5. Called about the notice, asked for a reference number for the phone call, was told Interlink roads don't do reference numbers. So I have no record of my enquiry. I was called promptly the same day to be told that the toll notice was sent out incorrectly, I asked for a confirmation email saying that I didn't owe Interlink any money, Interlink agreed to send this email (to my other email account not my Google email. I have since checked my emails, in all folders including junk and other... So now I have no record anywhere to say that I have disputed my toll, and that Interlink said the toll charge was mistakenly emailed out, so I have nothing to pay. I hope I don't get any more letters or admin fees, as I have no evidence of what happened today aside from my call logs.

Could perform better if customer service staff trains more how to handle customers in professional approach. I had bad experience with this company.
