What a disappointing experience. We currently have a Ranbuild 14x9 Colorbond steel frame shed and we were looking to ad an awning to it. Well, they aren't open on Saturday's so we submitted an online enquiry on the website and waited for a reply. Nothing, no reply. After more than a week and a half I tried the website again to ask why no one had bothered contacting us and got the 24/7 contact robot who could do nothing but send me around in circles and suggest I try contacting the company again. If that is the best customer service you have and we can't even get someone interested enough to give us a quote, I think we are much safer purchasing elsewhere.
