The apartments are located in a lovely and quiet suburb. The 2 bedroom ensuite has a large spacious master with walk in robe and good size ensuite with shower only. It also has a good size balcony. Both bedrooms are on the 1st floor and the 2nd bath has both shower and tub which is great if you have kids. The ground floor has a good size kitchen with modern appliances, a large dining area and lounge with tv. Wifi is provided free.There is also a guest toilet plus a large laundry area which is excellent. There is a good size courtyard at the back and single secure parking is provided for each unit. I gave it 4 stars because the pots are all stainless steel including their handles so they get very hot when cooking. Also, the master does not have a tub and parking space is really tight and if you have a large car you will struggle to park. But otherwise its very good value for money and would def stay again!

The beds were clean, however the very first thing we found out was that the washing machine cannt be turned on. We called customer service and a lady told us that she would come in in a minutes but she never turned up. The second thing we found was the air conditioner shuts down every 15 minutes, and I had to mannaully turned it on to keep the room tempatature down so my kids can fell asleep. Luckily we only booked for one night.
The property is nice but the customer service is the the worst I ever seen. The lady at Customer service department was so mean and arrogant asking customer: "why do you come here? " . If she is retrained how to work by heart would be great..:)
Everything above your expectations.
The apartment was immaculately cleaned and well maintained. We were in Unit 2, and they had everything you could possible need to stay for a few days. The kitchen has been supplied with all the utensils and cookery needed to cook a proper meal (just bring your own butter/oil and spices). The downstairs living room is spacious with a large 6-seater dining table. The bedrooms themselves were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was an en suite in the master bedroom, a toilet, shower, and bathtub for the other bedroom, and a powder room downstairs. You can park your car in the single garage. In terms of groceries, there is an Aldi four minutes drive away, liquorland 1 minute away, and Waratah Village eight minutes away. To get into the city CBD, I would recommend you can catching the bus since parking in the city is scarce and mostly ticketed. The service apartment reception wanted credit card details (including the CCV number) via text message for the bond, which I found strange because one should not provide any of these sensitive details in such a manner. We therefore visited the reception in person to provide the details.
Large accommodation, well equipped kitchen, difficult driveway and tight garage but at least it has these things. Plenty of blankets and towels etc. Clean accommodation, nice balcony off the main bedroom, better price than others in the area, easy check-in. Doesn't get 5 stars because there were minor faults, balcony hand rail needs a paint, couple of lightbulbs were out etc. Overall good experience.
