The Ferrero Acai bowl tasted okay however the cleanliness of the tables was not really acceptable
Had a coffee and light brunch here w couple friends. It was 2 coffee before 8.30a. Good deal. Friendly service. Tad pricey food.
Really good, love the menu and the whole setup. Didn't get 5 stars as twice my order has gone missing and I've had to ask to get what I ordered. Apart from that excellent.
Staff are quite friendly and typically remember regular visitors. The smoothies are great which all take into account for any dietary concerns. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a cool healthy option in thr the Ascot/Hamilton area!
Staff did not greet upon arrival , just asked me what I wanted . Didn't smile. Had to wait 2 minutes at counter before any eye contact. Very poor customer service, 2 stars because the Acai bowl was nice & presented well but could get the same from a different shop. Won't return.
The menu looked amazing. Acai bowl looked beautiful but tasted just alright. It was interesting and had many things i would love to try. Unfortunately, the service was poor(I was served by a girl with the glasses. She was really rude and not friendly). Didn't call out when our coffees were ready. She wasn't helpful when we ordered the food. While we were there we also heard the way she rudely talked to other customers too. She burnt my matcha latte and it was not silky at all. Would not go back there ever again and highly recommend others not to.
First time at Coco Bliss. Went to this one in Hamilton. Loved it. Acai Bowl was beautiful and really good coffee. Will definitely be back.
