Absolutely dodgy builders, stay away!! Unprofessional, unreliable and take no responsibility for the poor jobs they have done (many other customers can attest to this as well). Problems have ranged from structural issues, uneven floor boards and water leaks. Unwilling to fix any issues and has been one of the poorest experiences imaginable. Contractors employed by the builder who came to assess/fix issues with the build confirmed that many other customers have also experienced the same as well. Do your self a favour and stay away.
After my first building experience with Hallbury homes in 2018, I have decided to go with them again for my second family home. Glen and his sales team have been exceptional from day one. They build quality homes with great value. I would strongly recommend Hallbury Homes to anyone looking to build

After meeting the team at Hallbury first in 2015 I can't share how happy I am now. After working with the team for almost four years now I have never met more professional, patient people. On such a sloping block, with as many challenges as my design posed, Glenn, Cliff and their team worked patiently with us, holding our hand through the entire process. They designed and redesigned with us to even keep our neighbours happy and through the entire process helped us develop not only the vision I had more than ten years ago, but have made it a reality. So if you have a flat block, a block with a slope on it, want a multi unit build - what ever needs you have, if you want a family owned and run Australian Company who will stand by everything you build, I urge you to consider Glenn, Cliff and their team because you won't look back! S&A Stairs have been working with Hallbury Homes for almost 15 years and in that time we have found them to be extremely professional, easy to deal with and knowledgable. A terrific custom builder, who builds homes to an extremely high standard. We look forward to collaborating on many more exciting projects.
Firstly - apparently my review was too long for Google, so you can find my full review at Product Review called "A very good building story :)" But the summary is; This company is BRILLIANT. We have just been handed over the most beautifully built, custom family home that started out as a dream sketched on graphpad paper and we have watched come to life over an incredible 6 month period (we had a 12 month contract, but they were that organised and good at their job, they only needed 6!). These guys are professionals in the industry, are extremely easy to deal with, respond quickly to emails, adapt plans to accommodate changes, have a wonderful list of standard inclusions (think porcelain slab kitchen splashback - yep, included), and they are pro at helping navigate and manage the nitty gritty of council regulations and permits. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, but for more information, my Product Review (should be published in a couple of days) has more details!
