I was totally disappointed when I had my Grand Cherokee serviced by this dealership. About a month a half I discovered they broke something inside the cargo area of the car when I got my car back . It’s the handle latch of the cargo floor cover when accessing the spare wheel. Because it’s been over a month already when I told them they were all in denial of any wrongdoing . I told them to ask the technician who did the servicing and he would be able to tell exactly what happened and accordingly the said technician have denied it so that makes me I’m the one who is lying. I don’t trust them anymore and I won’t be going back there anymore . Very unhappy customer
