Absolute goldmine of local history with a team of enthusiastic, experienced and extremely capable helpful volunteers. The standard and content of displays is quite stunning for a small local museum. Lucky to have this in such an attractive village setting just 15 mins from inner city Canberra!

A very interesting museum.Tracing the history of the first families in the.district is well researched .The displays are not over done and were easy to look at and read about.Did not have time to visit each room (a now disused school) but would definitely go back again

A surprisingly large museum of Hall and the surrounding district, housed in the old Hall school. A must see if you are interested in the history of Northern Canberra. Lots of old relics and photos from the early days, and a substantial collection of memorabilia from olden school days. Did not see it all, need to return and finish looking. Friendly volunteer museum staff who know the collection and history well.
