Really disappointed with the customer service offered by the two ladies working here tonight. I was looking for a particular hair product which my friend purchased here a week ago, and when I went in to ask about the product, I was immediately shut down and told it was out of stock, I tried to ask for advice/alternative products to purchase, as well as asking if they knew the store upstairs had it in stock, and I was again, immediately shut down with the answer 'no' to everything. I tried to ask for further advice and was immediately redirected to find the product at Kmart instead, even though I tried to explain I would prefer to buy from the store as I know the brands Hairhouse Warehouse carries would be reputable. But again, I was met with a very short response from the worker saying that what I wanted was the same item that Kmart would carry. I did end up going to the upstairs Hairhouse Warehouse store and asked the staff exactly the same thing, and as it turns out, they had exactly what I was after. It really goes to show that the two ladies in this store did not bother to ask me questions and to actually try and find the product that I was asking for, and just assumed what I was looking for without actually trying. The girls at this store did not create a welcoming environment at all, nor really cared enough to ask further questions or provide any solutions. It seemed like they would rather have had me leave the store as quick as I can by not listening to what I was asking, so they could get back to their own personal conversation. I would look to avoid coming back into the store to seek help, advice or to purchases from those ladies ever again.
