Not a great experience, the support workers Are ex ice users with little or no training and treat clients like children, and are so disrespectful and patronising . The programs are very boring. If you are a good cleaner you might enjoy as more focus seems to be placed on that ! Not worth the money.

I entered this program in October 2015 and am still sober and clean to this day, over 5 years later. This program completely changed the path I was on and I now have a life that I am both grateful for and proud of.
Horrible experience, don't send your loved one there! I'm now at a different clinic now and the care, love and support I receive from this new clinic compared to Hader is incomparable. The staff at hader tell clients about other clients confidential information and some staff even take advantage of vulnerable clients by flirting as well as other inappropriate things. On top of that, The Hader Clinic owe my parents 5k which Jackson approved but now all of the sudden we can't get ahold of them; texting, calls, emails, etc. They have been ignoring us for months!. I'm begging you, as an addict myself, do NOT waste your time or your money, go somewhere else andtand me your loved one will be better for it!
To the woman that spoke to my friend yesterday about getting her into the clinic.. You told her regardless of whether she is accepted into the clinic, you will help her find somewhere. You said there's a way out to someone that had just about lost all hope and you told her you had come out the other side of her situation THANK YOU. You have no idea the impact your words have made.
