Helpful new receptionist but overpriced Storage sheds
Excellent storage facility and easy access. Pin access during daylight hours is a perfect arrangement. Always clean and uncluttered with no concerns about flooding. Office staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Thank guys for a positive experience. Regards, Truman
Thanks Cooloola Self Storage. They made moving house a lot less stressful. The facilities were clean and so was the furniture even after 3 months in storage. Great access for trucks and easily accessible by us whenever we needed to search for something stored away. Wonderful friendly staff offering lots of helpful advice. A pleasure to do business with and we will definitely be telling our friends to use this facility.
I have recently had the opportunity to use Cooloola Self Storage and the experience was very positive. The staff were warm and welcoming, processes were explained very clearly and an unexpected gift was received at the end of the transaction. The facility was clean and easily accessible for large vehicles. The charges were reasonable. I would highly recommend Cooloola Self Storage for either short term or long term storage.

These guys are fantastic. They were professional, organised, friendly and helpful above and beyond the necessary. Units immaculate accessible, well laid-out. The lovely couple helped me in all sorts of ways , for instance, helping me reverse my trailer in to the unit, and making sure I measured the trailer up properly so I booked the right size unit. You won't get better service. Thanks guys.
