I am very happy with everything Houseplan Design & Drafting Services provided to me so far. Sam was very responsive and addressed all of my questions about my project. He is very knowledgeable about the Sutherland Shire building codes regulation and certification. He is upfront and honest didn't over promise. I have used multiple draftsman in my life and he was the easiest to work width. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a high quality draftsman in The Sutherland Shire.
