WORST EXPERIENCE! BROKEN EQUIPMENT! I have ordered a simple order of pump bars and plates. Firstly ALL of ‘new’ the plates ordered were delivered broken & unable to be used. Secondly the bars ordered that their website identified as ‘pump bars’ were infact not pump bars and did not fit the ‘pump weight plates’. I kindly tried resolving this matter with the company over 10 times. The company refused to refund for the product despite the ACCC consumer laws. over the course of 2 months We have contacted gym solutions and spoke to 2 different representatives in which they ended up blocking my number and email address. I am very Disappointed in this company’s product, resolution/ complaint line and customer service. After over 5 years in the fitness business industry, I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behaviour. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
Quick to get back to messages, well kept and professional warehouse with showroom, and equipment is in great condition. Very happy with our new bit of equipment and will definitely check with Gym Solutions first for future needs!
