Good variety of products but no idea what customer service is. Rude staff considering the response I got for asking for the contact free option for my online order bringing it to the car was met with "we don't usually do this" and immediately walking away despite a text message that literally says they do if you call them. I would've loved my order to come with the free delivery the website offers and not had to go to the store at all for the sake of convenience but something in the order apparently couldn't be shipped (the website didn't specify what item either to be able to remove it) and my dog is not fully vaccinated to allow me to go in store with her yet. It's either call for a service it says they offer or leave my dog in the car as it is just me. I don't know about anyone else but I know which option I will always pick there. I will not be recommending this store or spending any additional money with them due to this experience and being treated like an inconvenience.

Bought lovely goldfish!!
Excellent service. My dog's lead became way too loose. I was unable to tighten it. So brought it in for help. They did it for me and helped me with my new lead.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Brought my dog to get help to find a suitable harness and they even spoilt her with treats to bring home!

I usually shop at petbarn. Unfortunately they didn't have my dogs usual food and told me to check best friend's and see if they do. I looked around the store for assistance and found a man with reddish hair putting stock out. He was quite abrupt and dismissive and did not seem to want to help me. I walked out without making a purchase, I ended up driving to petbarn majura. Not a good first time experience, I will not be back!
