A bit annoying in many small ways. Been a handful of times in the morning. Unclear when closed - you can easily walk in the door before 8 AM and get told "not open". Sometimes arbitrarily closed after 8 AM opening time. It is a bit cramped inside the shop and outside in the arcade. There is so much foot traffic at times that entering, exiting and waiting outside the shop is awkward. Coffees come in one size which seems small for the price. Customer service can be abrupt. If none of this bothers you then the coffee is on par with the better coffee places in the area.

Heard a lot about this shop and decided to give it a shot. It was awesome! Coffee taste is so intense, liked idea of beans selection, coffee is being served in less than a minute. This coffee shop is ideal for real aesthetes!

Almost any time I can stop in here for coffee I will. Hazel is a true OG of the coffee industry in Australia. She was one of the first to train baristas to grind on demand... Something some pole still are not doing. Unlike many she hasn’t fallen off over the past few decades... She has improved and just keeps getting better. Some of Australia’s best coffee is served right here.

Bought a few Cold Brew's from here and have been really impressed. Their cold brew is the smoothest i've ever had with very little bitterness and it's always consistent in flavour. Only downside is the price for the quantity. Without the ice, it feels like there is just a single shot of cold brew in there. Wish there was a bit more :(

So much rave about this place. I came here with high expectations and felt let down, the coffee was average, the people had no personality. In good conscience I wouldn’t recommend this place

Excellent coffee, but with covid no more sit down service, only take away cups and you can sit outside if you want . Shame, other coffee shops in the arcade have proper service.
