Chris accommodated me at short notice to test drive their Jeep Gladiator demo. Very easy process and knowledgable customer service. Exactly what I needed.
Do not take your jeep/ Porsche or Alfa here for service. They cannot be trusted. A jeep was taken to them to replace the injectors, after completion they had not regassed the air con, lost all caps to the air con, had to go back for fault codes to be fixed again. After this drama, the car was taken to a diesel expert and the following was found wrong, exposed wires on the injector system, bolts missing out of the passenger guard, number 4 injector leaking, injector plug broken, aftermarket steinbauer power module broken and disconnected, wires were cut and soldiered back together and when it didn't work, the left it hidden under air box and did not tell the customer that is was disconnected. They wanted to fix the problems, yeh right so they can do more damage no chance.
Best car buying experience ever. Paul Fazzolari was really good to do business with. There was no pressure at any stage. He is honest, patient, reasonable to negotiate with and kept in touch and made everything easy. I was helping a friend buy a car and we live on another state so we bought a car over the phone. He went out of his way to help and nothing was too much trouble. Very very happy. A delightful experience.
I’m in the market to replace my Grand Cherokee in a few months and spotted the Gladiator in the Gulson Showroom yesterday. I was fortunate and allowed to take out the new Gladiator in the Rubicon format. Wow, these vehicles have very comfortable seats, excellent vision and surprisingly quiet on the road even with the mud tyres onboard. Loved it, handled superbly and a delight to drive. Think red may be a tad bright for me but the vehicle is certainly an option come purchase time.. Big thank you to Gulsons Sales Manager Chris
